Bodelwyddan Castle

Bodelwyddan Castle is built around a fairytale-style castle, the courtyard of which is listed as the most haunted place in North Wales, but does not actually house any guest bedrooms. It does however boast a magnificent 18 hole golf course, and kids will love the indoor adventure play zone and their own dining area. There are self-catering lodges in landscaped grounds and family rooms with themed décor, plus eight suites surrounding a huge indoor pool with a spectacular glass roof.

Activities at Bodelwyddan Castle: Start your day with a big breakfast where you’ll join the other guests and friendly staff. Our chefs have created a superb new menu. Then, why not check with reception to see what’s running on today? Do you fancy pampering yourself, then there’s the award-winning spa, or maybe a relaxing treatment in our new SPA@BODELWYDDAN – complete with heated loungers and towels. Or grab a coffee and join in on one of the daily activities like archery. If you’re lucky enough to be here on a Sunday, then we welcome you to our service at 1pm. Then you can relax watching the Live Entertainment or take part, maybe meet new people taking part in one of our many daily activities. Then afterwards, why not take advantage of our complimentary shuttle bus and visit Chester or one of the nearby towns?
